we are observing that Sepura radio programming laptop used by our team get defective due to filed work or other reason in that case we are losing our license with the laptop also . So It is recommended that you perform a backup of the existing database to prevent any potential loss of data and copy it to an additional computer or storage media to protect against loss.
We can only transfer the license when the data base will be same .Please follow the enclosed note to back up your database
